To help us provide the best care for every client, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind: **Cancellation Policy* * If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least *24 hours in advance* so we can offer your spot to another client. * Cancellations made *less than 24 hours before your appointment* may be subject to a 50$ service fee*. * For missed appointments without notice (*no-shows*), the full service fee may apply. We understand that life happens — if something unexpected comes up, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. **Waiting Policy* * We allow a *10-minute grace period* if you’re running late.
